    Beautiful ocean views add charm to the experience.

    I was disappointed by the lack of communication from the staff. The check-in process took an hour as they struggled to find our reservation. The management showed little respect for our requests, especially on my husband's birthday. They did nothing special for the occasion.

    The hotel offers beautiful and marvellous location on the boardwalk. It has spotless and absolutely perfect rooms with Jacuzzi bath, breathtaking views plus balcony to feel comfortable.

    The Superior King Room wassuper clean and cozy. The bed had a good mattress, perfect for a good night's sleep. But I was disappointed with the limited sea view from my terrace. The bathroom was a bit outdated, and the shower had some water pressure issues, but it got fixed eventually. It had potential but needed a few upgrades.

    The staff were friendly. The kids loved the beautiful pools, and the playground was a hit with them. The dining experience was also enjoyable, with plenty of delicious options to choose from.

    The only downside was the limited food options for lunch.

    Attentive and joyful staff, particularly with excellent service from the restaurant team. The beautiful pools and well-maintained grounds provided a serene atmosphere for relaxation. The distance from the beach necessitated a golf cart ride, less convenient but manageable. The initial experience with the room's lack of luxurious amenities was a small letdown.

    We enjoyed fabulous meals and refreshing cocktails during our six-night stay, and the pools were fine. The beach access and spa treatments. Just a heads up, the shower could use a little updating, but it didn't ruin our awesome experience 🌴
